Refund Policy

When a product is returned, we issue a coupon code for future use instead of providing a refund.
In cases where the requested replacement item is unavailable, we'll present alternative options, with the final decision resting with the customer. If the desired product is not available, a full refund will be issued.
For courier products, if the delivery address is beyond our service area, a full refund of 100% will be issued.
