VASVI.IN EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vasvi, we take great care in inspecting and packing our products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.
7-Days Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. You will receive Vasvi credits for the full merchandise value, which can be used to purchase other products from our website.
Initiating a Return
For Registered Users:
1. Visit your 'My Accounts' section after logging on to our site.
2. Choose 'My Orders'.
3. Select the order you want to return.
4. Click on the 'Create Return' tab.
5. Fill out the Returns Request form with accurate details.
6. Attach the form along with your package.
7. You will receive an automated email sharing the RMA number.

Exchange Conditions
1. Products must be in their original condition.
2. Products must not show signs of wear or usage.
3. Products must be accompanied by the original/copy of the invoice.
Vasvi Credits
1. Vasvi credits will be issued for the full merchandise value.
2. Vasvi credits can be used to purchase other products from our website.
3. Vasvi credits are valid for 45 days from the date of issuance.
Quality Inspection
Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned products. Any items that show signs of wear or usage cannot be accepted for return/exchange.
Exchange Process
1. Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
2. On successful quality check, we will approve your return request and issue Vasvi credits.
Note: No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after 7 days from the date of delivery. Once altered, the product is not eligible for returns/exchanges.
